We will itemize exactly how much each of the energy measures cost AND the associated rebate for that measure.
Measures include but not limited to: HVAC systems, solar screens on necessary windows, insulation, duct sealing, duct replacement and attic radiant barrier.

WE will call Austin Energy and have them come out and confirm or VERIFY our analysis of your needs. At this time they will sign off on all of the needed measures and the rebate amount.
All work will be performed to the city guidelines.
We will arrange the Austin Energy Final Inspection. At this time they will sign off and finalize the process and submit for your Rebate Check which Austin Energy will send you a check by mail.

EXAMPLE:
Below you can see an actual energy rebate summary from the city. The actual costs are on the right hand column. and the actual rebates PAID to YOU are in the left hand column. So your net cost for all the improvements is the right hand total less the left hand totals or $5264.84 for an A/C and heating system, solar screens, insulation, and duct sealing and testing.
When we come out we will measure all the windows on the south and west exposures that get more than an hour of direct sunlight each day. look at your duct work for air leakage and damage, insulation levels, ac and heating equipment, and thermostat. We will estimate both costs and rebates for you and then set up the initial meeting "verification" with the city to lock in your rebates. After all the measures are performed we will then set up your final inspection with the city and upon a passed final inspection through the rebate program the rebates will be processed and sent to you in 3-6 weeks.
