Please ask us for information on how you may be eligible to receive the Low or no interest LOANS from the City of Austin.

Apply for loan;  click here   https://www.velocitycu.com/loans.html#energy     You can get the low interest loan OR the Austin Energy Rebates but not both!

We will come out and perform an energy audit at no cost.   

We will itemize exactly how much each of the energy measures cost. Remember this is an either or program if you use the loan

you cannot get the rebates also. (Gas company rebates may still apply.

Measures include but not limited to: HVAC systems, solar screens on necessary windows, insulation, duct sealing,

WE will call Austin Energy and have them come out and confirm or VERIFY our analysis of your needs. At this time they

will sign off on all of the needed measures and the rebate amount or loan amount

All work will be performed to the city guidelines.

We will arrange the Austin Energy Final Inspection. At this time they will sign off and finalize the process and submit for your

Rebate Check which Austin Energy will send you a check by mail or send Loan information to the financial institution.
